وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت‏:‏ سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول في بيتى هذا‏:‏ “اللهم من ولى من أمر أمتى شيئاً فشق عليهم، فاشقق عليه ومن ولى من أمر أمتى شيئاً، فرفق بهم، فارفق به”‏.‏‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 655)‏ 

Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:
I heard the the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) supplicating in my house: "O Allah! Treat harshly those who rule over my Ummah with harshness, and treat gently those who rule over my Ummah with gentleness.". [Riyad as-Salihin 655]

Àisha (das) rapporte: «J'ai entendu chez moi le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ)dire: «Seigneur Dieu! Jette dans la peine et la difficulté quiconque prend en charge une partie des intérêts de ma nation et la soumet à la peine et à la difficulté; sois doux avec quiconque prend en charge une partie des intérêts de ma nation et la traite avec douceur». [Riyad as-Salihin 655]

Hz. Âişe’nin (ra) anlatıyor:
Ben evimde Resûlullah’ı şöyle dua ederken işittim: Allah’ım! Ümmetimin yönetimiyle ilgili bir görev üstlenip de, onları sıkıntı ve meşakkate düşürene, sen de sıkıntı ver; ümmetimin yönetimini üstlenip de onlara kolaylık gösteren, onları rahatlık ve refaha kavuşturana, sen de kolaylık göster. (M4722 Müslim, İmâre, 19) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 655]

وعن أبى يعلى معقل بن يسار رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ يقول‏:‏ “ما من عبد يستر عليه الله رعية، يموت يوم يموت وهو غاش لرعيته، إلا حرم الله عليه الجنة” ‏(متفق عليه‏)‏ (‏وفي رواية‏:‏ ‏"‏فلم يحطها بنصحه لم يجد رائحة الجنة‏"‏‏)‏‏
وفي رواية لمسلم‏:‏ ‏"‏ما من أمير يلى أمور المسلمين، ثم لا يجهد لهم وينصح لهم، إلا لم يدخل معهم الجنة‏"‏‏.‏‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 654)‏ 

Abu Ya'la Ma'qil bin Yasar (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Any slave whom Allah makes him in charge of subjects and he dies while he is not sincere to them, Allah will make Jannah unlawful for him." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Another narration is: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "He who does not look after his subjects with goodwill and sincerity, will be deprived of the fragrance of Jannah."

A narration in Muslim is: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "A ruler who, having control over the affairs of the Muslims, does not strive diligently for their betterment and does not serve them sincerely, will not enter Jannah with them.". [Riyad as-Salihin 654]

Ma’al Ibn Yàsar (das) rapporte: «J'ai entendu dire le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) : «Tout homme à qui Dieu a confié la gestion des intérêts d'un groupe, s'il meurt alors qu'il trompe ses administrés. Dieu lui interdit le Paradis».

Dans une autre version: «S'il ne les entoure pas de sa protection vigilante, il ne sentira jamais l'odeur du Paradis».

Dans une troisième version: «Chaque fois qu'un prince prend en charge les affaires des Musulmans puis ne se dépense pas à leur service et ne veille pas loyalement à leur sauvegarde, il n'entre pas avec eux au Paradis». [Riyad as-Salihin 654]

Ebû Ya’lâ Ma’kıl b. Yesâr’ın (ra) işittiğine göre
Resûlullah şöyle buyurmuştur:
Allah’ın kendisine bir toplumun yöneticiliğini nasip ettiği kul, halkına hıyanet ederek ölürse, Allah ona cenneti haram kılar.
(M363 Müslim, Îmân, 227; B7151 Buhârî, Ahkâm, 8)

Bir başka rivayet de şöyledir:
Allah’ın kendisine bir toplumun yöneticiliğini nasip ettiği kul, halkın tamamına aynı içtenlikle sahip çıkmazsa cennetin kokusunu bile alamaz. (B7150 Buhârî, Ahkâm, 8)

Müslim’in bir rivayetinde:
Müslümanların yönetimini üstlenen fakat, onlar için bütün gücüyle çalışmayıp, bütün içtenliği ile hepsini kucaklamayan yönetici, onlarla birlikte cennete giremez, buyurulmuştur.

وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال‏:‏ سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول‏:‏ “كلكم راع، وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته‏:‏ الإمام راع ومسؤول عن رعيته، والرجل راع في أهله ومسؤول عن رعيته، والمرأة راعية في بيت زوجها ومسؤولة عن رعيتها، والخادم راع في مال سيده ومسؤول عن رعيته وكلكم راع ومسؤول عن رعيته”‏.‏‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 653)‏ 

Ibn 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) reported:
I heard Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, "All of you are guardians and are responsible for your wards. The ruler is a guardian and responsible for his subjects; the man is a guardian and responsible for his family; the woman is a guardian and is responsible for her husbands house and his offspring; and so all of you are guardians and are responsible for your wards.". [Riyad as-Salihin 653]

Ornar (das) rapporte: «J'ai entendu le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) dire: «Vous êtes tous des bergers et vous êtes responsables de l'objet de votre garde. Le chef de l'Etat est berger et responsable de ses administrés. L'homme est berger dans sa famille et responsable de l'objet de sa garde. La femme est bergère dans la maison de son mari et responsable de l'objet de sa garde. Le serviteur est berger dans les biens de son maître et responsable de l'objet de sa garde. Vous êtes tous bergers et vous êtes responsables de l'objet de votre garde». [Riyad as-Salihin 653]

İbn Ömer’in (ra) işittiğine göre Allah Resûlü şöyle demiştir: Hepiniz sorumlusunuz ve hepiniz de gözetiminizde bulunanlardan mesulsünüz. Yöneticiler sorumludur. Evin erkeği, aile efradından sorumludur.
Evin hanımı da kocasının evinden ve çocuklarından sorumludur. Hizmetçi (köle) de efendisinin malından sorumludur.
Hülâsa, hepiniz sorumlusunuz ve hepiniz de idarenizde bulunanlardan mesulsünüz.

Surat Al-Kahf

وعن أبى مسعود عقبة بن عمرو البدرى رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ جاء رجل إلى النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال‏:‏ إنى لأتأخر عن صلاة الصبح من أجل فلان مما يطيل بنا‏!‏ فما رأيت النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم غضب في موعظة قط أشد مما غضب يومئذ، فقال‏:‏ “يا أيها الناس‏:‏ إن منكم منفرين، فأيكم أم الناس فليوجز، فإن من ورائه الكبير والصغير وذا الحاجة”‏.‏‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 649)‏ 

Abu Mas'ud 'Uqbah bin 'Amr Al-Badri (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
A man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: "I join the morning Salat late because of so-and-so who leads it and prolongs it." (Abu Mas'ud said): I have never seen the Prophet (ﷺ) so angry while giving a speech as he was on that day. He (ﷺ) said, "Some of you create hatred among the people against faith. Whoever leads Salat (the prayer), should make it brief because the congregation includes old men and youngsters and those who have some urgent work to do.". [Riyad as-Salihin 649]

Selon 'Oqba Ibn 'Amr Al Badri (das), un homme vint dire au Prophète (ﷺ) : «II m'arrive de manquer à la prière en commun de l'aube à cause de l'Imam (celui qui dirige la prière) qui allonge trop la prière». 'Oqba dit: «Je n'ai jamais vu le
Prophète (ﷺ) s'emporter dans un sermon comme il l'a fait ce jour-là. Il dit: «O gens! Il y a parmi vous certains qui rebutent les autres (de la prière en commun). Quand l'un de vous dirige la prière en commun qu'il l'abrège car il y a derrière lui le vieux, le tout jeune et celui qui a un besoin ou une obligation urgente». [Riyad as-Salihin 649]

Ebû Mes’ûd Ukbe b. Amr el-Bedrî (ra) anlatıyor:
Bir adam Peygamber’e gelip:
–Ben filanın namazı uzatması yüzünden sabah namazına gelemiyorum, dedi. (Bunu duyan) Peygamber öyle kızdı ki, hiçbir konuşmasında o günkü kadar hiddetlendiğini görmedim. (Kalktı ve):
–İçinizde usandıranlar var. Sizden kim imamlık yaparsa namazı kısa tutsun; çünkü arkasında yaşlısı var, çocuğu var, ihtiyaç sahibi var, buyurdu.

وعن أبى هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رجلاً قال‏:‏ يا رسول الله إن لى قرابة أصلهم ويقطعونى، وأحسن إليهم ويسيئون إلى، وأحلم عنهم ويجهلون على‏!‏ فقال‏:‏ “لئن كنت كما قلت فكأنما تسفهم المل ولا يزال معك من الله تعالى ظهير عليهم ما دمت على ذلك”‏.‏‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 648)‏ 

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
A man said to Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): "I have relatives with whom I try to maintain good relationship but they sever relations with me; whom I treat kindly but they treat me badly, with whom I am gentle but they are rough to me." He (ﷺ) replied, "If you are as you have said, then it is as though you are feeding them hot ashes and you will not be without a supporter against them from Allah, as long as you do so.". [Riyad as-Salihin 648]

Selon Abou Hourayra (das), un homme vint dire au Messager de Dieu  (ﷺ) : «O Messager de Dieu! J'ai des parents avec qui je me comporte gentiment alors qu'ils ne respectent pas vis-à-vis de moi les liens de parenté. Je leur fais du bien et ils me font du mal, j'agis avec eux selon la sagesse et la longanimité et ils agissent avec moi d'une façon insensée et injuste». Il lui dit: «Si tu es vraiment tel que tu dis, c'est comme si tu leur faisais avaler sans eau de la cendre chaude. Tant que tu seras ainsi, tu trouveras toujours en Dieu le Très-Haut un allié contre eux». [Riyad as-Salihin 648]

Ebû Hüreyre’den (ra) rivayet edildiğine göre bir adam:
–Yâ Resûlallah , benim akrabalarım var. Ben onlarla akrabalık ilişkilerimi sürdürüyorum, fakat onlar benimle ilişkiyi kesiyorlar. Onlara iyilik yapıyorum, onlar bana kötülük ediyorlar. Onlara yumuşak davranıyorum, onlar bana kaba davranıyorlar, dedi. Bunun üzerine Resûlullah :
–Eğer dediğin gibi yapıyorsan, senin bu tutumun onlara ağır geliyor (sanki sıcak kül yutmuş gibi zorlanıyorlar).Böyle (ilişkiyi ve iyiliği sürdürerek) davranmaya devam ettiğin sürece, onlara karşı Allah Teâlâ’nın desteği seninle olur, buyurdu.

وعن أبى هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ليس الشديد بالصرعة، إنما الشديد الذى يملك نفسه عند الغضب‏.‏‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 647)‏ 

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but the strong man is in fact the one who controls himself in a fit of rage.". [Riyad as-Salihin 647]

Selon Abou Hourayra (das), le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit: «Le fort n'est pas celui qui terrasse les gens dans la lutte, mais le fort est celui qui reste maître de lui-même dans la colère». [Riyad as-Salihin 647]

Ebû Hüreyre’den (ra) rivayet edildiğine göre Allah Resûlü şöyle demiştir: Güçlü insan güreşte rakibini yenen değildir; asıl güçlü kimse öfkesine hâkim olandır.

وعن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ كأنى أنظر إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يحكى نبياً من الأنبياء، صلوات الله وسلامه عليهم، ضربه قومه فأدموه وهو يمسح الدم عن وجهه، ويقول‏:‏ “اللهم اغفر لقومى فإنهم لا يعملون”‏.‏‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 646)‏ 

Ibn Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
I can see the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) look like one of the Prophets of Allah whose people beat and made him bleed while he was wiping the blood from his face and supplicating: "O Allah, forgive my people because they know not.". [Riyad as-Salihin 646]

Ibn Mas'ud (das) rapporte: «II me semble encore voir le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) agissant comme l'un des Prophètes (Jésus) qui fut frappé à sang par son peuple cependant qu'il ne cessait d'essuyer le sang de son visage en disant: «Seigneur Dieu! Absous mon peuple car il ne sait pas». [Riyad as-Salihin 646]

İbn Mes’ûd (ra) anlatıyor:
Resûlullah’ın Peygamberlerden birinin hâlini anlatışı hâlâ gözümün önündedir. Kavmi onu dövüp yaralamış; o ise yüzündeki kanları silerken şöyle diyormuş: “Allah’ım sen kavmimi bağışla; çünkü onlar (gerçeği) bilmiyorlar.” (B3477 Buhârî, Enbiyâ, 54; M4646 Müslim, Cihâd, 105) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 646]

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت‏:‏ ما خير رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بين أمرين قط إلا أخذ أيسرهما، ما لم يكن إثماً، فإن كان إثماً، كان أبعد الناس منه، وما انتقم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لنفسه في شئ قط، إلا أن تنتهك حرمة الله، فينتقم لله تعالى‏.‏‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 641)‏ 

Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:
Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) was given a choice between two matters, he would (always) choose the easier as long as it was not sinful to do so; but if it was sinful he was most strict in avoiding it. He never took revenge upon anybody for his own sake; but when Allah's Legal Bindings were outraged, he would take revenge for Allah's sake. [Riyad as-Salihin 641]

Âisha (das) rapporte: «Chaque fois qu'on a laissé au Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) le choix entre deux solutions, il en prenait toujours la plus aisée tant qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'un péché. Quand c'était un péché il en était le plus éloigné. Le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) ne s'est jamais vengé pour lui-même sauf quand l'une des limites sacrées de Dieu était transgressée et, dans ce cas, il se vengeait pour Dieu le Très-Haut». [Riyad as-Salihin 641]

Hz. Âişe (ra) şöyle demiştir:
Resûlullah iki işten birini seçmek durumunda kalırsa, günah olmadığı sürece en kolay olanını seçerdi. Yapılacak şey günah ise ondan herkesten daha fazla uzaklaşırdı. Resûl-i Ekrem, herhangi bir şeyden dolayı kendisi için asla intikam almadı; eğer Allah’ın bir yasağı çiğnenirse işte o zaman Allah için müeyyide uygulardı.

وعن أبى هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رجلاً قال للنبى صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ أوصنى قال‏:‏ “لا تغضب” فردد مراراً، قال‏:‏ “لا تغضب”‏‏.‏‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 639)‏ 

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
A man asked the Prophet (ﷺ) to give him advice, and he (ﷺ) said, "Do not get angry." The man repeated that several times and he (ﷺ) replied (every time), "Do not get angry.". [Riyad as-Salihin 639]

Selon Abou Hourayra (das), un homme dit au Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) : «Fais-moi une recommandation!» Il lui dit: «Ne te fâche pas». L'homme répéta plusieurs fois la même demande et à chaque fois il lui disait: «Ne te fâche pas». [Riyad as-Salihin 639]

Ebû Hüreyre’den (ra) anlatıyor:
Bir adam:
–Yâ Resûlallah, bana nasihatte bulun(ur musunuz), dedi. Peygamber : –Öfkelenme, buyurdu. Adam aynı sözü birkaç kere tekrarladı. Peygamber her defasında:
–Öfkelenme, buyurdu.

وعن أبى هريرة رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ بال أعرابى في المسجد فقام الناس إليه ليقعوا فيه، فقال النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ “دعوه وأريقوا على بوله سجلاً من ماء، أو ذنوباً من ماء، فإنما بعثتم ميسرين ولم تبعثوا معسرين” ‏.‏‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 636)‏ 

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
A bedouin urinated in the mosque and some people rushed to beat him up. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Leave him alone and pour a bucket of water over it. You have been sent to make things easy and not to make them difficult.". [Riyad as-Salihin 636]

Selon Abou Hourayra (das), un Bédouin urina une fois dans la mosquée. Les gens se levèrent pour le malmener. Le Prophète (ﷺ) leur dit: «Laissez-le en paix et versez un seau d'eau sur son urine. Dieu ne vous a suscités que pour faciliter
les obligations et ne vous a jamais suscités pour les rendre difficiles». [Riyad as-Salihin 636]

Ebû Hüreyre (ra) anlatıyor:
Bir bedevi (altı kum serili, duvarları kerpiçten olan mescide geldi ve) mescide çişini yaptı; sahâbîler kalkıp üzerine yürüdüler. Bunun üzerine Peygamber : “Onu bırakın; çişini yaptığı yere bir kova su döküverin. Siz zorlaştırmak için değil, kolaylaştırmak için gönderildiniz.” buyurdu. (B220 Buhârî, Vudû’, 58) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 636]

وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها أن النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏ إن الله رفيق يحب الرفق، ويعطى على الرفق ما لا يعطى على العنف ومالا يعطى على ما سواه‏"‏.‏‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 634)‏ 

Aishah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah is Forbearer and He loves forbearance, and rewards for forbearance while He does not reward severity, and does not give for any thing besides it (forbearance).". [Riyad as-Salihin 634]

Selon 'Âisha (das), le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit: «Dieu est doux et II aime la douceur. Il donne pour la douceur ce qu'il ne donne pas pour la violence ni pour toute autre chose». [Riyad as-Salihin 634]

Hz. Âişe’den (ra) rivayet edildiğine göre
Hz. Peygamber şöyle buyurmuştur:
Allah, zariftir/rıfk sahibidir; zarafeti/kolaylık gösterilmesini sever. Kolaylıkla yapılan işlere, güçleştirilen işlere veya başka şeylere vermediği sevabı verir. (M6601 Müslim, Birr, 77) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 634]
