وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-زَكَاةَ اَلْفِطْرِ; طُهْرَةً لِلصَّائِمِ مِنَ اَللَّغْوِ, وَالرَّفَثِ, وَطُعْمَةً لِلْمَسَاكِينِ, فَمَنْ أَدَّاهَا قَبْلَ اَلصَّلَاةِ فَهِيَ زَكَاةٌ مَقْبُولَةٌ, وَمَنْ أَدَّاهَا بَعْدَ اَلصَّلَاةِ فَهِيَ صَدَقَةٌ مِنَ اَلصَّدَقَاتِ.‏ }. (رواه أبو داود في سننه رقم ١٦٠٩ و حسنه الشيخ الألباني في تحقيق سنن أبي داود)

Ibn ’Abbas (RAA) narrated, ‘The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) enjoined Zakat-ul-fitr on the one who fasts (i.e. fasted during the month of Ramadan) to purify him from any indecent act or speech and for the purpose of providing food for the needy. It is accepted as Zakah for the person who pays it before the Eid prayer and it is Sadaqah (i.e. voluntary charity) for the person who pays it after the Eid prayer.’. [Abu Dawud 1609]

D'après Abdallah Ibn Abbas (qu'Allah les agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a imposé l'aumône de rupture du jeûne comme purification pour le jeûneur des paroles futiles et grossières et comme nourriture pour les pauvres. Celui qui la donne avant la prière (*) elle est alors une zakat acceptée et celui qui la donne après la prière c'est une aumône parmi les aumônes. [Abu Dawud 1609]

(*) La prière dont il est question est la prière du 'id. C'est à dire que la Zakat Al Fitr doit forcément être donné avant la prière du 'id et il est possible de la donner deux ou trois jours avant le 'id.

 عَنْ أَبَي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ، يَقُولُ كُنَّا نُخْرِجُ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ أَقِطٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ زَبِيبٍ ‏.‏ (رواه البخاري في صحيحه رقم ١٥٠٦ و مسلم في صحيحه رقم ٩٨٥)

Sad b. Abu Sarh heard Abu Sa'id al-Khudri as saying:
We used to take out as the Zakat of Fitr one sa' of grain, or one sa' of barley or one sa' of dates, or one sa' of cheese or one sa' of raisins. [Sahih Mouslim 985]

D'après Abou Said Al Khoudri (qu'Allah l'agrée): « Nous sortions l'aumône de rupture du jeûne un sa' de nourriture, ou un sa' d'orge ou un sa' de dattes ou un sa' de fromage ou un sa' de raisin sec ». [Sahih Mouslim 985]

"Kişinin fitnesi ehlinde, malında, çocuğunda, nefsinde ve komşusundadır. Oruç, namaz, sadaka, emr-i bi'l-maruf ve nehy-i ani'l-münker bu fitneye kefaret olur!" Tirmizi

عَنِ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-زَكَاةَ اَلْفِطْرِ, صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ, أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ: عَلَى اَلْعَبْدِ وَالْحُرِّ, وَالذَّكَرِ, وَالْأُنْثَى, وَالصَّغِيرِ, وَالْكَبِيرِ, مِنَ اَلْمُسْلِمِينَ, وَأَمَرَ بِهَا أَنْ تُؤَدَّى قَبْلَ خُرُوجِ اَلنَّاسِ إِلَى اَلصَّلَاةِ } (رواه البخاري في صحيحه رقم ١٥٠٣ و مسلم في صحيحه رقم ٩٨٤) 

Ibn ’Umar (RAA) narrated, The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) enjoined the payment of one sa” of dates or one sa' of barley as Zakat-ul-fitr on every Muslim, slave or free, male or female, young or old, and he ordered that it be paid before the people went out to offer the 'Id prayer.’ Agreed upon. [Sahih Mouslim 984]

D'après Abdallah Ibn Omar (qu'Allah les agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a imposé l'aumône de la rupture du jêune un sa' de dattes, ou un sa' d'orge pour le serviteur et le l'homme libre, pour les hommes et les femmes, pur les vieux et les jeûnes parmi les musulmans. et il a ordonné qu'elle soit donné avant la sortie des gens pour la prière. [Sahih Mouslim 984]

"Ramazan ayında, hasta veya ruhsat sahibi olmaksızın kim bir günlük orucunu yerse, bütün zaman boyu oruç tutsa bu orucu kaza edemez." Buhârî

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رضي الله عنها أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَعْتَكِفُ فِي الْعَشْرِ الأَوَاخِرِ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ حَتَّى تَوَفَّاهُ اللَّهُ ، ثُمَّ اعْتَكَفَ أَزْوَاجُهُ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ
(رواه البخاري في صحيحه رقم ٢٠٢٦ و مسلم في صحيحه رقم ١١٧١)

'A’isha (RAA) narrated, ’The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to perform I'tikaf during the last ten days of Ramadan until he died. Then his wives used to perform I'tikaf after his death.’ Agreed upon. [Sahih Mouslim 1171]

D'après Aicha (qu'Allah l'agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) faisait l'i'tikaf durant les dix derniers jours de ramadan jusqu'à ce qu'Allah le fasse mourir puis ses épouses ont fait l'i'tikaf après lui.
[Sahih Mouslim 1171]

Bir hadis-i şerifte, şu zenginlerin de zekât alabileceği bildirilmiştir: “Allah yolunda cihad eden, borçlu ve borcunu ödeyemeyen zengin, kendi memleketinde zengin olduğu halde, bulunduğu yerde parasız kalan ve çok alacağı varsa da, alamayıp muhtaç kalan Müslümanlar.” Ebu Dawud

عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ النَّارِ خَنْدَقًا كَمَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالأَرْضِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ‏. (رواه الترمذي في سننه رقم ١٦٢٤ و صححه الشيخ الألباني في تحقيق سنن الترمذي)

Narrated Abu Umamah Al-Bahili:
That the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever fasts a day in the cause of Allah, Allah shall put between him and the Fire a trench whose distance is like that between the heavens and the earth."
This Hadith is Gharib as a narration of Abu Umamah. [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1624]

D'après Abou Oumama (qu'Allah l'agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a dit: « Celui qui jeûne un jour dans le sentier d'Allah, Allah met entre lui et le feu un fossé équivalent à ce qu'il y a entre le ciel et la terre ». [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1624]

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ لاَ يَزَالُ الدِّينُ ظَاهِرًا مَا عَجَّلَ النَّاسُ الْفِطْرَ لأَنَّ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى يُؤَخِّرُونَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ (رواه أبو داود و حسنه الشيخ الألباني في صحيح الترغيب و الترهيب رقم ١٠٧٥)

Narrated AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Religion will continue to prevail as long as people hasten to break the fast, because the Jews and the Christians delay doing so. [Sunan Abi Dawud 2353]

D'après Abou Houreira (qu'Allah l'agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a dit: « La religion ne cessera d'être apparente tant que les gens hâteront la rupture du jeûne car certes les juifs et les chrétiens la retardent ». [Sunan Abi Dawud 2353]

Hz. Ali (r.a) anlatıyor: "Hz. Abbas (a.s)’a hayırda acele etmek maksadıyla daha senesi dolmadan, erken vakitte zekâtın verilmesi huşusunda sormuştu. Resülullah (s.a.v) bu hususta ona müsaade etti”. Tirmizi

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ نِعْمَ سَحُورُ الْمُؤْمِنِ التَّمْرُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ صحيح   (الألباني)

Narrated Abu Hurairah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) as saying: How good is the believers meal of dates shortly before dawn. [Sunan Abi Dawud 2345]

D'après Abou Houreira (qu'Allah l'agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a dit: « Quel bon sahour pour le croyant sont les dattes ». [Sunan Abi Dawud 2345]

İbnu Abbâs (r.a) anlatıyor: Resülullah (s.a.v) Hz. Muâz (r.a)’ı Yemen’e gönderdi. (Giderken) ona dedi ki: "Sen EhI-i Kitap bir kavme gidiyorsun. Onları davet edeceğin llk şey Allah’a ibâdet olsun. Allah’ı tanıdılar mı, kendilerine Allah’ın zekatı farz kılmış olduğunu, zenginlerinden alınıp fakirlerine dağıtılacağını onlara haber ver. Onlar buna da ittaat ederlerse kendilerinden zekatı al. Zekat alırken halkın (nazarlarında) kıymetli olan mallarından sakın. Mazlumun bedduasını almaktan kork. Zira Allah’la bu beddua arasında perde mevcut değildir. ». Buhârî

وعن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله قال‏:‏ ‏"‏فصل ما بين صيامنا وصيام أهل الكتاب أكلة السحر‏.‏ ‏‏(‏رواه مسلم)‏‏.

'Amr bin Al-'As (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The difference between our observance of Saum (fasting) and that of the people of the Scriptures is Suhur (predawn meal in Ramadan)."  [Sahih Mouslim 1096].

D'après 'Amr Ibn Al Ass (qu'Allah l'agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a dit: « La différence entre notre jeûne et le jeûne des Gens du Livre est le repas du sahour ». [Sahih Mouslim 1096].

Peygamber (s.a.v) şöyle buyurdu; "Kadir gecesini, kim sevabına inanıp onu kazanmak ümidiyle ihya ederse, geçmiş günahları affedilir." Müslim

Surat Al-Kahf

عَن أنس رضي الله عنه : كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لا يغدو يوم الفطر حتى يأكل تمرات
(رواه البخاري في صحيحه رقم ٩٥٣)

و في رواية صحيحة : ويأكلهن وترا
(رواه ابن خزيمة في صحيحه رقم ١٤٢٩ و حسنه الشيخ الألباني في السلسلة الضعيفة ج ٩ ص ٢٤٩)


Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would not proceed on the day of Eid al-Fitr until he had eaten some dates.

Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux.

D'après Anas (qu'Allah l'agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) ne sortait pas le jour du fitr avant d'avoir mangé des dattes.

Et dans une autre version: « ...avant d'avoir mangé des dattes en nombre impair ».
(Rapporté par Ibn Khouzeima dans son Sahih n°1429 et authentifié par Cheikh Albani dans la Silsila Daifa vol 9 p 249)

Anas ibn Malik şöyle bildirdi: Allah'ın Elçisi, onun üzerine barış ve bereket olsun, bazı hurmalar yemeden Ramazan Bayramı'na devam etmeyecekti.

عَنِ الْعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ، قَالَ دَعَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى السَّحُورِ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ هَلُمَّ إِلَى الْغَدَاءِ الْمُبَارَكِ ‏"‏ ‏. ‏(رواه أبو داود و صححه الشيخ الألباني في صحيح الترغيب و الترهيب رقم ١٠٦٧)

Narrated Al-Irbad ibn Sariyyah:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) invited me to a meal shortly before dawn in Ramadan saying: Come to the blessed morning meal.  [Sunan Abi Dawud 2344].

D'après Al Irbad Ibn Sariya (qu'Allah l'agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) m'a invité pour le sahour (*) durant le ramadan en disant: « Viens vers le repas béni ». [Sunan Abi Dawud 2344].

(*) Le sahour est le repas que le jeûneur prend le matin avant le début du jeûne.

Nebî salla`llahu aleyhi ve sellem şöyle buyurmuştur: (Ashâb`ım!) Siz leyle-i Kadr`i ramazan`ın aşr-ı ahîrinde arayınız! Leyle-i Kadir, ya ramazan`dan dokuz (gece) kala, yâhud yedi (gece) kala, yâhud da beş (gece) kaladır.
Abdullah İbni Abbâs

عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ إِنَّ لِلَّهِ عِنْدَ كُلِّ فِطْرٍ عُتَقَاءَ وَذَلِكَ فِي كُلِّ لَيْلَةٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏(رواه ابن ماجه في سننه رقم ١٦٤٣ و صححه الشيخ الألباني في تحقيق سنن ابن ماجه)

It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“At every breaking of the fast Allah has people whom He frees (from the Fire), and that happens every night.”. [Sunan Ibn Majah 1643]

D'après Jabir Ibn Abdillah (qu'Allah les agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a dit: « Certes Allah a des affranchis (*) à chaque rupture du jeûne et ceci chaque nuit ». [Sunan Ibn Majah 1643]

Hz. Aişe (r.a) anlatıyor: "Ey Allah'ın Resülu, şâyet Kadir gecesine tevâfuk edersem nasıl dua edeyim?" diye sorduğumda Peygamber (s.a.v) şu duayı okumamı söyledi: "Allahümme inneke afuvvun, tuhibbu'l-afve fa'fu anni." (Allahım! Sen affeedicisin, affı seversin, beni affet.). Tirmizi
