عن أبي ذر جندب بن جنادة، وأبي عبد الرحمن معاذ بن جبل، رضي الله عنهما، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏ اتق الله حيثما كنت واتبع السيئة الحسنة تمحها، وخالق الناس بخلق حسن‏"‏ (‏رواه الترمذي وقال حديث حسن)(رياض الصالحين 61)‏‏.

Abu Dharr and Mu'adh bin Jabal (May Allah be pleased with them) reported that:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Fear Allah wherever you are, do good deeds after doing bad ones, the former will wipe out the latter, and behave decently towards people".
[At- Tirmidhi] [Riyad as-Salihin 61].

Selon Abou Dharr et et Mou’adh Ibn Jabal (qu'Allah soit satisfait d'eux), L'Envoyé d'Allah (Paix et bénédictions d'Allah sur Lui) a dit : « Crains Allah où que tu sois. Fais suivre la mauvaise action par la bonne action, celle-ci l'effacera. Comporte toi avec les gens en faisant preuve d'une haute moralité » | Rapporté par Ahmed, At-Tirmidhî et Ad-Dârimî - Hadith bon selon Sheikh Al-Albani (Sahih Al-Jami' n°87) [Riyad as-Salihin 61].

Surat Al-Kahf

عن أبي خالد حكيم بن حزام‏.‏ رضي الله عنه ، قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏ "‏ البيعان بالخيار مالم يتفرقا، فإن صدقاً وبينا بورك لهما في بيعهما، وإن كتما وكذبا محقت بركة بيعهما‏"‏ ‏(متفق عليه)‏(رياض الصالحين 59)‏.‏

Hakim bin Hizam (May Allah be pleased with him) reported that:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Both parties in a business transaction have a right to annul it so long as they have not separated; and if they tell the truth and make everything clear to each other (i.e., the seller and the buyer speak the truth, the seller with regard to what is purchased, and the buyer with regard to the money) they will be blessed in their transaction, but if they conceal anything and lie, the blessing on their transaction will be eliminated."
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim] [Riyad as-Salihin 59].

D'après Hakim Ibn Hizâm (qu'Allah soit satisfait de lui), Messager d’Allah (Paix et bénédiction d'Allah sur lu) a dit : « Le vendeur et l'acheteur restent libres (de conclure la vente ou de l'annuler) jusqu'à ce qu'ils se séparent. S'ils ont été sincères et s'ils n'ont rien caché des défauts de leurs marchandises, Allah bénit leur vente. Mais s'ils ont caché ces défauts et s'ils ont menti, la bénédiction leur sera ôtée. ».| Rapporté par Al-Boukhari et Mouslim [Riyad as-Salihin 59].

عن أبي ثابت، وقيل أبي سعيد، وقيل أبي الوليد، سهل بن حنيف ، وهو بدري، رضي الله عنه، أن النبي ، صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏من سأل الله، تعالى، الشهادة بصدق بلغه الله منازل الشهداء، وإن مات على فراشه‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏  ‏(رياض الصالحين 57)‏.‏

Abu Thabit from Sahl bin Hunaif (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "He who asks Allah for martyrdom, Allah will raise him to the high status of the martyrs, even if he dies on his bed".
[Muslim] [Riyad as-Salihin 57].

Sahl Ibn Houneyf (qu'Allah soit satisfait de lui), un ancien de la bataille de Badr rapporte : « Le Prophète (Paix et bénédiction d'Allah sur lu) a dit : « Celui qui demande sincèrement à Allah - Le Trés Haut- de faire de lui un martyr, Allah lui fait atteindre le degré des martyrs même s'il meurt dans son lit ».| Rapporté par Al-Boukhari et Mouslim [Riyad as-Salihin 57].

ن أبي سفيان صخر بن حرب ، رضي الله عنه، في حديثه الطويل في قصة هرقل، قال هرقل‏:‏ فماذا يأمركم -يعنى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم- قال أبو سفيان‏:‏ قلت ‏:‏يقول ‏:‏ ‏ "‏ اعبدوا الله وحده لا تشركوا به شيئاً، واتركوا ما يقول آباؤكم ، ويأمرنا بالصلاة، والصدق، والعفاف، والصلة‏"‏ ‏‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏ ‏. ‏(رياض الصالحين 56)

Abu Sufyan (May Allah be pleased with him) reported, in course of his detailed narration about Heraclius when the latter questioned him about the teachings of the Prophet (ﷺ) He said that:
He (ﷺ) told (us): "Worship Allah Alone and do not associate a thing with Him; and give up all that your ancestors said. "He also commands us to perform Salat (prayers), to speak the truth, to observe modesty and to strengthen the ties of kinship. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim] [Riyad as-Salihin 56].

Abou Soufyân Ibn Harb (qu'Allah soit satisfait de lui),, dans son long récit concernant Héraclius, a dit : « Héraclius nous demanda (au sujet du Prophète) : « Quelles sont les prescriptions qu'il vous fait ? ». Je répondis : « Il nous dit d'adorer Allah seul et unique sans Lui rien associer, de laisser ce que disent nos pères (c'est-à-dire d'abandonner nos anciennes croyances). Il nous ordonne aussi de faire la prière, d'avoir des mœurs pures et de respecter les liens de parenté » . | Rapporté par Al-Boukhari et Mouslim [Riyad as-Salihin 56].

 عن ابن مسعود رضي الله عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏إن الصدق يهدي إلى البر وإن البر يهدي إلى الجنة، وإن الرجل ليصدق حتى يكتب عند الله صديقاً، وإن الكذب يهدي إلى الفجور، وإن الفجور يهدي إلى النار، وإن الرجل ليكذب حتى يكتب عند الله كذاباً‏"‏ ‏‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏‏‏)‏ ‏.‏  ‏(رياض الصالحين 54)

Abdullah bin Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Truth leads to piety and piety leads to Jannah. A man persists in speaking the truth till he is enrolled with Allah as a truthful. Falsehood leads to vice and vice leads to the Fire (Hell), and a person persists on telling lies until he is enrolled as a liar".' [Agreed upon] [Riyad as-Salihin 54].

D'après Ibn Mas'ud (qu'Allah soit satisfait de lui), le Prophète (Paix et bénédiction d'Allah sur lui) a dit: «La sincérité mène aux œuvres de bien et les œuvres de bien mènent au Paradis. L'homme ne cesse de dire la vérité jusqu'à ce qu'on le mentionne auprès d'Allah sous le nom de véridique. Le mensonge mène à l'immoralité et l'immoralité mène en Enfer. L'homme ne cesse de mentir jusqu'à ce qu'il soit considéré auprès d'Allahcomme menteur ». | Rapporté par Al-Boukhari et Mouslim [Riyad as-Salihin 54].

وعن أبي يحيى أسيد بن حضير رضي الله عنه أن رجلاً من الأنصار قال‏:‏ يا رسول الله ألا تستعملني كما استعملت فلاناً فقال‏:‏ ‏ "‏إنكم ستلقون بعدي أثرة، فاصبروا حتى تلقوني على الحوض‏"‏ ‏‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏ ‏. ‏(رياض الصالحين 52)

Usaid bin Hudhair (May Allah be pleased with him) reported that:
A person from among the Ansar said, "O Messenger of Allah! You appointed such and such person and why do you not appoint me?" Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "After me you will see others given preference to you, but you should remain patient till you meet me at the Haud (Al- Kauthar in Jannah)". [Al-Bukhari and Muslim] [Riyad as-Salihin 52].

D’après Abou Yahya Ouseyd (RA), un ansarité (Musulman de Médine) dit : « Messager de Dieu ! Peux-tu m’accorder une charge comme tu en as donné un tel ? ». Il lui dit : « Vous trouverez après moi quelque favoritisme. Acceptez-le avec patience jusqu’à ce que vous me rencontriez sur le bord de mon bassin » [Riyad as-Salihin 52].

وعن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏ إنها ستكون بعدي أثرة وأمور تنكرونها ‏!‏ قالوا‏:‏ يا رسول الله فما تأمرنا‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ تؤدون الحق الذى عليكم ، وتسألون الله الذى لكم‏"‏ ‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏ ‏. ‏(رياض الصالحين 51)

Ibn Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "You will see after me favouritism and things which you will disapprove of." They submitted: "What do you order us to do (under such circumstances)?" He replied, "Discharge your obligations and ask your rights from Allah". [Al-Bukhari and Muslim] [Riyad as-Salihin 51].

Selon Ibn Mas’ud (RA), Messager de Dieu a dit : « Il va y avoir après moi du favoritisme et d’autres choses que vous n’aimerez pas ». On dit : « O Messager de Dieu ! Que nous ordonnes-tu de alors faire ? ». Il dit : « Vous remplissez vos obligations vis-à-vis des hommes et demandez à Dieu ce qui vous est dû ». (Unanimement reconnu authentique) [Riyad as-Salihin 51].

وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏ "‏ ما يزال البلاء بالمؤمن والمؤمنة في نفسه وولده ة وماله حتى يلقى الله تعالى وما عليه خطيئة‏"‏ ‏(‏رواه الترمذي وقال حديث حسن صحيح‏‏‏)‏ ‏. ‏(رياض الصالحين 49)‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "A Muslim, male or female, continues to remain under trial in respect of his life, property and offspring until he faces Allah, the Exalted, with no sin record". [At- Tirmidhi] [Riyad as-Salihin 49].

Selon Abu Hurayra (qu'Allah soit satisfait de lui), le Prophète d’Allah (Paix et bénédiction d'Allah sur lui) a dit : « Les croyants et les croyantes ne cesseront d’être éprouvés dans leurs personnes, leurs enfants et leurs biens jusqu'a ce qu’ils rencontrent Allah le Très-Haut, absous de tout péché. |Rapporté par At-Tirmidhi [Riyad as-Salihin 49].

وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه ، أن رجلاً قال للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ أوصني، قال‏:‏ ‏"‏لا تغضب‏"‏ فردد مراراً، قال‏:‏ ‏"‏ لاتغضب‏"‏ رواه البخاري‏.‏  ‏(رياض الصالحين 48)

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
A man asked the Prophet (ﷺ) for an advice and he (ﷺ) said, "Do not get angry". The man repeated that several times and he replied, "Do not get angry". [Al-Bukhari] [Riyad as-Salihin 48].

Abu Hurayra rapporte : Un homme demanda au Prophète (Paix et bénédiction d'Allah sur lui) : « Fais-moi une recommandation. » Le Prophète répondit : « Ne te mets pas en colère. » L’homme réitéra sa question plusieurs fois et le Prophète de répondre à chaque fois : « Ne te mets pas en colère. » | Rapporté par Al-Boukhari [Riyad as-Salihin 48].

عن أبي محمد الحسن بن علي بن أبي طالب، رضي الله عنهما ، قال ‏:‏ حفظت من رسول الله، صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏ "‏دع ما يريبك إلى ما لا يريبك؛ فإن الصدق طمأنينة، والكذب ريبةٌ‏"‏ ‏‏‏(‏رواه الترمذي وقال حديث حسن صحيح‏‏‏)‏ ‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 55).‏

Hasan bin 'Ali (May Allah be pleased with them) said:
I remember (these words) from Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): "Give up what is doubtful to you for that which is not doubtful; for truth is peace of mind and falsehood is doubt". [At- Tirmidhi] [Riyad as-Salihin 55].


Al Hasan Ibn ‘Ali (qu'Allah soit satisfait de lui), a dit : J'ai appris du Messager d'Allah (Paix et bénédiction d'Allah sur lui) ce qui suit : « Laisse ce qui est douteux pour ce qui est sûr; car la vérité est source de tranquillité et le mensonge est source d'inquiétude » . » | Rapporté par At-Trmidhi [Riyad as-Salihin 55].
