وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت‏:‏ قدم ناس من الأعراب على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقالوا ‏:‏ أتقبلون صبيانكم‏؟‏ فقال‏:‏ ‏"‏نعم‏"‏ قالوا‏:‏ لكنا والله ما نقبل ‏!‏ فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏"‏أو أملك إن كان الله نزع من قلوبكم الرحمة‏؟‏‏"‏ (‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏(رياض الصالحين 226).‏‏‏

Aishah (May Allah bepleased with her) reported:
Some bedouins came to Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and asked: "Do you kiss your children?" He said, "Yes". They then said: "By Allah, we do not kiss them." The Prophet (ﷺ) replied, "I cannot help you if Allah has snatched kindness from your hearts".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim][Riyad as-Salihin 226].


Selon Aïcha (RA), un groupe de bédouins vint chez le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) et lui dirents : « Est-ce que vous embrassez vos enfants ? » Il dit : « Oui ». Ils dirents : « Nous, par contre, nous ne les embrassons jamais ». Le Messager de
Dieu dit : « Que puis-je faire pour vous si Dieu a retiré la clémence de vos cœurs ? » (Unanimement reconnu authentique) [Riyad as-Salihin 226].

Hz. Âişe (ra) anlatıyor:
Çölde yaşayan Araplardan bazıları Resûlullah’ın ￼ yanına geldiler; (Müslümanların, çocuklarını öpüp sevdiklerini görünce):
–Siz çocuklarınızı öpüyor musunuz, dediler. Peygamber :
–Evet, cevabını verince, onlar:
–Ama biz, vallahi çocuklarımızı öpmeyiz, dediler. Bunun üzerine Resûlullah : –Allah, sizin kalbinizden merhameti söktüyse ben ne yapabilirim, buyurdu. (M6027 Müslim, Fedâil, 164; B5998 Buhârî, Edeb, 18) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 226].

وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ قبل النبي الحسن بن علي رضي الله عنهما، وعنده الأقرع بن حابس، فقال الأقرع‏:‏ إن لي عشرة من الولد ما قبلت منهم أحدًا‏.‏ فنظر إليه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال‏:‏ “من لا يرحم لا يرحم” (‏متفق عليه)(رياض الصالحين 225).‏‏‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah bepleased with him) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) kissed his grandson Al-Hasan bin 'Ali (May Allah bepleased with them) in the presence of Al-Aqra' bin Habis. Thereupon he remarked: "I have ten children and I have never kissed any one of them." Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) looked at him and said, "He who does not show mercy to others will not be shown mercy".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim][Riyad as-Salihin 225].

Abou Hourayra (RA) a dit : « Le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) embrassa une fois (son petit-fils) Al Hasan Ibn ‘Ali en présence de Al ‘Aqra’ Ibn Hâbes qui lui dit : « J’ai une dizaine d’enfants et je n’en ai jamais embrassé un seul ». Le Messager
de Dieu le regarda et lui dit : « Celui qui n’est pas clément avec les autres, Dieu n’est pas clément avec lui ». (Unanimement reconnu authentique) [Riyad as-Salihin 225].

Ebû Hüreyre (ra) anlatıyor:
Peygamber , (bir gün) Ali’nin oğlu Hasan’ı (ra) öptü.
O sırada yanında bulunan Akra’ b. Hâbis:
–Benim on çocuğum var, onlardan hiçbirisini öpmüş değilim, dedi. Bunun üzerine Resûlullah ￼ , ona (hayretle) baktı ve: –Merhamet etmeyene merhamet edilmez, buyurdu.
(B5997 Buhârî, Edeb, 18; M6028 Müslim, Fedâil, 65) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 225].

وعن النعمان بن بشير رضي الله عنهما قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ مثل المؤمنين في توادهم وتراحمهم وتعاطفهم، مثل الجسد إذا اشتكى منه عضو تداعى له سائر الجسد بالسهر والحمى” (‏متفق عليه‏‏)(رياض الصالحين 224).‏‏‏

Nu'man bin Bashir (May Allah bepleased with them) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The believers in their mutual kindness, compassion and sympathy are just like one body. When one of the limbs suffers, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim][Riyad as-Salihin 224].

Selon An-No’mân Ibn Bashir (RA), le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit : « L’image des Croyants dans les liens d’amour, de miséricorde et de compassion qui les unissent les uns aux autres est celle du corps : «dès que l’un de ses membres se plaint de quelque mal, tout le reste du corps accourt à son secours par la veille et la fièvre ». (Unanimement reconnu authentique) [Riyad as-Salihin 224].

Numân b. Beşîr’den (ra) rivayet edildiğine göre
Resûlullah ￼ şöyle buyurmuştur:
Müminler, birbirlerini sevmede, birbirlerine merhamet ve şefkat göstermede, tıpkı bir organı rahatsızlandığında diğer organları da uykusuzluk ve yüksek ateşle bu rahatsızlığı hisseden bir bedene benzer.
(M6586 Müslim, Birr, 66; B6011 Buhârî, Edeb, 27) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 224].

وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-زَكَاةَ اَلْفِطْرِ; طُهْرَةً لِلصَّائِمِ مِنَ اَللَّغْوِ, وَالرَّفَثِ, وَطُعْمَةً لِلْمَسَاكِينِ, فَمَنْ أَدَّاهَا قَبْلَ اَلصَّلَاةِ فَهِيَ زَكَاةٌ مَقْبُولَةٌ, وَمَنْ أَدَّاهَا بَعْدَ اَلصَّلَاةِ فَهِيَ صَدَقَةٌ مِنَ اَلصَّدَقَاتِ.‏ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلْحَاكِم ُ.

Ibn ’Abbas (RAA) narrated, ‘The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) enjoined Zakat-ul-fitr on the one who fasts (i.e. fasted during the month of Ramadan) to purify him from any indecent act or speech and for the purpose of providing food for the needy. It is accepted as Zakah for the person who pays it before the Eid prayer and it is Sadaqah (i.e. voluntary charity) for the person who pays it after the Eid prayer.’ Related by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah and Al-Hakim graded it as Sahih.

D'après 'Abdallah Ibn 'Abbas (Qu'Allah les agrée lui et son père) : Le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a imposé l'aumône de rupture du jeûne comme purification pour le jeûneur des paroles futiles et grossières et comme nourriture pour les pauvres.
Celui qui la donne avant la prière (*) elle est alors une zakat acceptée et celui qui la donne après la prière c'est une aumône parmi les aumônes.
(Rapporté par Abou Daoud n°1609 et authentifié par cheikh Albani dans sa correction de Sounan Abi Daoud)

(*) La prière dont il est question est la prière du 'id. C'est à dire que la Zakat Al Fitr doit forcément être donnée avant la prière du 'id et il est possible de la donner deux ou trois jours avant le 'id.

Ramazanda Allah'i zikreden magfiret olunur. Ve o ayda Allah'dan dilekte bulunan kimse de mahrum edilmez. [Ramuz El Hadis / Hz. Cabir (r.a)]

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: 
" يَقُولُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: الصَّوْمُ لِي، وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ، يَدَعُ شَهْوَتَهُ وَأَكْلَهُ وَشُرْبَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي، وَالصَّوْمُ جُنَّةٌ(1)، وَلِلصَّائِمِ فَرْحَتَانِ: فَرْحَةٌ حِينَ يُفْطِرُ، وَفَرْحَةٌ حِينَ يَلْقَى رَبَّهُ، وَلَخُلُوفُ(2) فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ". 
رواه البخاري (وكذلك مسلم ومالك والترمذي النسائي وابن ماجه)

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (ﷺ), who said:
Allah (mighty and sublime be He) says: Fasting is Mine and it is I who give reward for it. [A man] gives up his sexual passion, his food and his drink for my sake. Fasting is like a shield, and he who fasts has two joys: a joy when he breaks his fast and a joy when he meets his Lord. The change in the breath of the mouth of him who fasts is better in Allah's estimation than the smell of musk. [Sahih Al-Boukhari  7492]

D'après Abou Houreira (qu'Allah l'agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a dit: « Allah a dit: Le jeûne est pour Moi et c'est Moi qui le récompense.
Il (1) délaisse son envie, sa nourriture et sa boisson pour Moi.
Le jeûne est une protection (2) et il y a pour le jeûneur deux joies: une joie lorsqu'il rompt son jeûne (3) et une joie lorsqu'il rencontre son Seigneur (4).
Et certes l'odeur de la bouche du jeûneur est plus parfumée auprès d'Allah que l'odeur du musc (5) ». [Sahih Al-Boukhari  7492]

(1) C'est à dire le jeûneur.
(2) C'est à dire une protection contre les péchés dans l'ici-bas et une protection contre le châtiment dans l'au-delà.
(3) C'est à dire que lorsque le croyant rompt son jeûne il est content qu'Allah lui ait accordé le bienfait de pouvoir terminer son jeûne et il est également content de pouvoir satisfaire ses désirs qui lui étaient interdit de satisfaire dans la journée.
(4) C'est à dire que le jeûneur sera content d'obtenir l’agrément d'Allah et ses bienfaits.

(5) L'odeur de la bouche du jeûneur est plus aimé par Allah que l'odeur du musc dans la vie d'ici-bas lorsque le jeûneur manque de nourriture mais également le jour du jugement comme ceci est mentionné dans d'autres versions de ce hadith.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَالِمٍ - الْمُقَفَّعُ - قَالَ رَأَيْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقْبِضُ عَلَى لِحْيَتِهِ فَيَقْطَعُ مَا زَادَ عَلَى الْكَفِّ وَقَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا أَفْطَرَ قَالَ ‏ "‏ ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ ‏". ‏(رواه أبو داود في سننه رقم ٢٣٥٧ و حسنه الشيخ الألباني في تحقيق سنن أبي داود)

Marwan ibn Salim al-Muqaffa' said:
I saw Ibn Umar holding his beard with his hand and cutting what exceeded the handful of it. He (Ibn Umar) said that the Prophet (ﷺ) said when he broke his fast: Thirst has gone, the arteries are moist, and the reward is sure, if Allah wills. [Sunan Abi Dawud 2357]

D'après Abdallah Ibn Omar (qu'Allah les agrée), lorsque le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) rompait son jeûne il disait: « La soif est partie, les veines sont humides et la récompense est assurée si Allah le veut ». [Sunan Abi Dawud 2357]

Kim Allah rızası için bir gün oruç tutarsa, Allah onu yetmiş sene Cehennem ateşinden uzaklaştırır. [Camiüs Sağir]

وعن أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُفْطِرُ عَلَى رُطَبَاتٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ رُطَبَاتٌ فَعَلَى تَمَرَاتٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ حَسَا حَسَوَاتٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ ‏. ‏(رواه أبو داود في سننه رقم ٢٣٥٦ و صححه الشيخ الألباني في تحقيق سنن أبي داود)

Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to break his Saum (fasting) before performing Maghrib prayer with three fresh date-fruits; if there were no fresh date- fruits, he will eat three dry dates; and if there were no dry date- fruits; he would take three draughts of water.  [At- Tirmidhi 249]

D'après Anas Ibn Malik (qu'Allah l'agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) rompait son jeûne avant de prier (*) en mangeant des dattes fraîches, si ce n'était pas avec des dattes fraîches alors avec des dattes sèches et si ce n'était pas avec des dattes sèches alors avec quelques gorgées d'eau. [At- Tirmidhi 249]
(*) C'est à dire avant de faire la prière du maghreb.

Kim oruçlu olduğu halde unutur ve yerse veya içerse orucunu tamamlasın Çünkü ona Allah yedirip içirmiştir
(Müslim, Sıyam 171)

"Oruçlu iken çirkin konuşmayın! Birisi size sataşırsa, “Ben oruçluyum” deyin.
Buhârî

 عَنْ أَبَي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ، يَقُولُ كُنَّا نُخْرِجُ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ أَقِطٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ زَبِيبٍ ‏.‏ (رواه البخاري في صحيحه رقم ١٥٠٦ و مسلم في صحيحه رقم ٩٨٥)

Sad b. Abu Sarh heard Abu Sa'id al-Khudri as saying:
We used to take out as the Zakat of Fitr one sa' of grain, or one sa' of barley or one sa' of dates, or one sa' of cheese or one sa' of raisins. [Sahih Mouslim 985]

D'après Abou Said Al Khoudri (qu'Allah l'agrée): « Nous sortions l'aumône de rupture du jeûne un sa' de nourriture, ou un sa' d'orge ou un sa' de dattes ou un sa' de fromage ou un sa' de raisin sec ». [Sahih Mouslim 985]

"Kişinin fitnesi ehlinde, malında, çocuğunda, nefsinde ve komşusundadır. Oruç, namaz, sadaka, emr-i bi'l-maruf ve nehy-i ani'l-münker bu fitneye kefaret olur!" Tirmizi

عَنِ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-زَكَاةَ اَلْفِطْرِ, صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ, أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ: عَلَى اَلْعَبْدِ وَالْحُرِّ, وَالذَّكَرِ, وَالْأُنْثَى, وَالصَّغِيرِ, وَالْكَبِيرِ, مِنَ اَلْمُسْلِمِينَ, وَأَمَرَ بِهَا أَنْ تُؤَدَّى قَبْلَ خُرُوجِ اَلنَّاسِ إِلَى اَلصَّلَاةِ } (رواه البخاري في صحيحه رقم ١٥٠٣ و مسلم في صحيحه رقم ٩٨٤) 

Ibn ’Umar (RAA) narrated, The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) enjoined the payment of one sa” of dates or one sa' of barley as Zakat-ul-fitr on every Muslim, slave or free, male or female, young or old, and he ordered that it be paid before the people went out to offer the 'Id prayer.’ Agreed upon. [Sahih Mouslim 984]

D'après Abdallah Ibn Omar (qu'Allah les agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a imposé l'aumône de la rupture du jêune un sa' de dattes, ou un sa' d'orge pour le serviteur et le l'homme libre, pour les hommes et les femmes, pur les vieux et les jeûnes parmi les musulmans. et il a ordonné qu'elle soit donné avant la sortie des gens pour la prière. [Sahih Mouslim 984]

"Ramazan ayında, hasta veya ruhsat sahibi olmaksızın kim bir günlük orucunu yerse, bütün zaman boyu oruç tutsa bu orucu kaza edemez." Buhârî

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رضي الله عنها أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَعْتَكِفُ فِي الْعَشْرِ الأَوَاخِرِ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ حَتَّى تَوَفَّاهُ اللَّهُ ، ثُمَّ اعْتَكَفَ أَزْوَاجُهُ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ
(رواه البخاري في صحيحه رقم ٢٠٢٦ و مسلم في صحيحه رقم ١١٧١)

'A’isha (RAA) narrated, ’The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to perform I'tikaf during the last ten days of Ramadan until he died. Then his wives used to perform I'tikaf after his death.’ Agreed upon. [Sahih Mouslim 1171]

D'après Aicha (qu'Allah l'agrée), le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) faisait l'i'tikaf durant les dix derniers jours de ramadan jusqu'à ce qu'Allah le fasse mourir puis ses épouses ont fait l'i'tikaf après lui.
[Sahih Mouslim 1171]

Bir hadis-i şerifte, şu zenginlerin de zekât alabileceği bildirilmiştir: “Allah yolunda cihad eden, borçlu ve borcunu ödeyemeyen zengin, kendi memleketinde zengin olduğu halde, bulunduğu yerde parasız kalan ve çok alacağı varsa da, alamayıp muhtaç kalan Müslümanlar.” Ebu Dawud
