عن عائشة رضي الله عنها أنها قالت‏:‏ ‏ "‏ كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا دخل العشر أحيا الليل، وأيقظ أهله، وجد وشد المئزر‏"‏ (‏متفق عليه‏‏)(رياض الصالحين 99).‏

'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) said:
With the start of the last ten days of Ramadan, Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would pray all the night, and would keep his family awake for the prayers. He tied his lower garment (i.e., avoided sleeping with his wives) and devoted himself entirely to prayer and supplication.
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim][Riyad as-Salihin 99].


Aïcha (RA) a dit : « Le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ), dès que venaient les dix dernières nuits du mois de Ramadhan, les passaient à prier. Il faisait ainsi veiller sa famille, se mettait sérieusement à l’œuvre se serrait fortement son pagne (c'est-à- dire s’abstenait d’avoir des rapportes avec des femmes) et s’armait d’énergie pour s’adonner à son adoration de Dieu » [Riyad as-Salihin 99].

Hz. Âişe (ra) anlatıyor:
Ramazan’ın son on günü girince Resûlullah ￼ , gecelerini ibadetle geçirir ve ailesini de uyandırırdı. Kendisini bütünüyle ibadete verir ve (eşiyle cinsel) ilişkiden de uzak dururdu.

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏ بادروا بالأعمال فتناً كقطع الليل المظلم يصبح الرجل مؤمنا ويمسي كافراً ويمسي مؤمنا ويصبح كافراً، يبيع دينه بعرض من الدنيا‏"‏ (‏رواه مسلم‏)(رياض الصالحين 87).‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Be prompt in doing good deeds (before you are overtaken) by turbulence which would be like a part of the dark night. A man would be a believer in the morning and turn to disbelief in the evening, or he would be a believer in the evening and turn disbeliever in the morning, and would sell his Faith for worldly goods."
[Muslim][Riyad as-Salihin 87].

Selon Abou Hourayra (RA), le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit : « Hâtez-vous de faire des bonnes œuvres car il va y avoir des périodes de troubles et de tentations telles des parties d’une nuit sombre. L’homme s’y trouve croyant le matin et mécréant le soir, ou croyant le soir et mécréant le matin. Il vend sa religion pour biens éphémères de ce bas-monde ». (Rapporté par Moslem) [Riyad as-Salihin 87].

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يقوم من الليل حتى تنفطر قدماه، فقلت له‏:‏ لم تصنع هذا يا رسول الله، وقد غفر الله لك ما تقدم من ذنبك وما تأخر‏؟‏‏!‏ قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏ أفلا أحب أن أكون عبداً شكوراً‏؟‏‏"‏ ‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏.‏ هذا لفظ البخاري، ونحوه في الصحيحين من رواية المغيرة بن شعبة‏‏)‏‏(رياض الصالحين 98).‏

'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) said:
The Prophet (ﷺ) would stand (in prayer) so long that the skin of his feet would crack. I asked him, "Why do you do this while your past and future sins have been forgiven?" He said, "Should I not be a grateful slave of Allah?"
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim] [Riyad as-Salihin 98].

Selon ‘Aïcha (RA), le Prophète (ﷺ) priait durant la nuit jusqu’à fendiller la peau de ses pieds. Je lui dis (rapporte t- elle) : « Pourquoi fais-tu tout cela quand Dieu t’a effectivement pardonné tes fautes passées et futures ? » Il dit : « Est-ce qu’il ne m’appartient pas de vouloir me comporter en être reconnaissant ? » (Unanimement reconnu authentique) [Riyad as-Salihin 98].


Hz. Âişe (ra) anlatıyor:
Peygamber , gece kalkar ve ayakları şişinceye
kadar namaz kılardı. (Bir seferinde)
–Yâ Resûlallah, niçin böyle yapıyorsun? Allah senin geçmiş ve gelecek bütün günahlarını bağışlamıştır, dedim. Peygamber ￼ şöyle buyurdu: –Ben, şükreden bir kul olmayı isteyemez miyim?
(B4837 Buhârî, Tefsîr, (Fetih) 2; M7126 Müslim, Münâfikîn, 81) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 98].

عن أنس رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فيما يرويه عن ربه عز وجل قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏ إذا تقرب العبد إلي شبراً تقربت إليه ذراعاً، وإذا تقرب إلي ذراعاً تقربت منه باعاً، وإذا أتاني يمشي أتيته هرولة‏"‏ ‏‏(‏رواه البخاري‏)‏‏(رياض الصالحين 96).‏

Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah says: ' When a slave of Mine draws near to Me a span, I draw near to him a cubit; and if he draws near to Me a cubit, I draw near to him a fathom. And if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running."'.
[Al-Bukhari][Riyad as-Salihin 96].

Selon Anas (RA), le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit parmi ce qu’il a raconté au sujet de son Seigneur Puissant et Glorieux : « Quand l’esclave se rapproche de Moi d’une palme, Je Me rapproche de lui d’une coudée. Quand il se rapproche de Moi d’une coudée, Je Me rapproche de lui d’une envergure. Quand il vient à Moi en marchant, Je viens à lui en trottant ». (Rapporté par Al Boukhâri) [Riyad as-Salihin 96].

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ ‏ "‏إن الله تعالى قال‏:‏ من عادى لي وليا فقد آذنته بالحرب‏.‏ وما تقرب إلي عبدي بشيء أحب إلي مما افترضت عليه، وما يزال عبدي يتقرب إلي بالنوافل حتى أحبه، فإذا أحببته كنت سمعه الذي يسمع به، وبصره الذي يبصر به، ويده التي يبطش بها، ورجله التي يمشي بها، وإن سألني أعطيته؛ ولئن استعاذني لأعيذنه‏"‏ ‏‏(‏رواه البخاري‏‏)(رياض الصالحين 95).‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Allah the Exalted has said: 'I will declare war against him who shows hostility to a pious worshipper of Mine. And the most beloved thing with which My slave comes nearer to Me is what I have enjoined upon him; and My slave keeps on coming closer to Me through performing Nawafil (prayer or doing extra deeds besides what is obligatory) till I love him. When I love him I become his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes, and his leg with which he walks; and if he asks (something) from Me, I give him, and if he asks My Protection (refuge), I protect him".
[Al- Bukhari][Riyad as-Salihin 95].


Abou Hourayra (RA) rapporte que le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit : « Dieu le Très-Haut a dit : « Celui qui se fait ennemi de l’un de Mes bien-aimés, je lui ai effectivement déclaré la guerre. Mon esclave ne s’est jamais rapproché de Moi par une œuvre plus aimable à Moi que par les obligations que Je lui ai imposées. Mon esclave ne cesse de se rapprocher de Moi par les actes surérogatoires jusqu’à ce que Je l’aime. Une fois que Je l’ai aimé, Je deviens son ouïe avec laquelle il entend, sa vue avec laquelle il voit, sa main avec laquelle il combat et son pied avec lequel il marche. S’il Me demande alors quelque chose Je la lui donne et, s’il se met sous Ma protection, Je la lui accorde ». [Riyad as-Salihin 95].


عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏ بادروا بالأعمال سبعاً‏.‏ هل تنتظرون إلا فقراً منسياً، أو غنى مطغياً، أو مرضاً مفسداً، أو هرماً مفنداً أو موتاً مجهزاً أو الدجال فشر غائب ينتظر، أو الساعة فالساعة أدهى وأمر‏!‏‏"‏ (‏رواه الترمذي وقال‏:‏ حديث حسن‏‏)(رياض الصالحين 93).‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Hasten to do good deeds before you are overtaken by one of the seven afflictions." Then (giving a warning) he said, "Are you waiting for such poverty which will make you unmindful of devotion; or prosperity which will make you corrupt, or disease as will disable you, or such senility as will make you mentally unstable, or sudden death, or Ad-Dajjal who is the worst expected absent, or the Hour, and the Hour will be most grievous and most bitter".
[At-Tirmidhi][Riyad as-Salihin 93].


D’après Abou Hourayra (RA), le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit : « Hâtez-vous de faire des bonnes actions avant d’en être empêchés par l’une de ces sept choses que vous devez attendre : Une pauvreté qui vous fait oublier. Une richesse qui vous pousse à une arrogance outrancière. Une malade ruinant votre santé. Une vieillesse affaiblissant votre esprit. Une mort mettant fin à vos jours. L’arrivée du faux Messie et c’est le pire de ce que vous cache l’avenir. Ou l’Heure et « l’Heure est plus mortelle et plus amère encore ». [Riyad as-Salihin 93].

Surat Al-Kahf

عن الزبير بن عدي قال‏:‏ أتينا أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه فشكونا إليه ما نلقى من الحجاج‏.‏ فقال‏:‏ ‏ "‏اصبروا فإنه لا يأتي زمان إلا والذي بعده شر منه حتى تلقوا ربكم‏"‏ سمعته من نبيكم صلى الله عليه وسلم‏.(‏رواه البخاري) (رياض الصالحين 92).‏

Az-Zubair bin 'Adi said:
We went to Anas bin Malik (May Allah be pleased with him) and complained to him of suffering at the hands of Al-Hajjaj. He replied: "Show endurance, for no time will come but will be followed by one worse (than the present one) till you meet your Rubb. I heard this from your Prophet (ﷺ)".
[Al- Bukhari][Riyad as-Salihin 92].


Azzoubeyr Ibn ‘Adi a dit : « Nous nous rendîmes auprès de Anas Ibn Mâlek (RA) et nous nous plaignîmes à lui du mal que nous faisait Al Hajjaj ». Il leur dit : « Patientez car chaque temps qui vient est tel que celui qui viendra après lui sera pire (que lui) jusqu’à ce que vous rencontriez votre Seigneur. J’ai entendu cela de votre Prophète (ﷺ) » (Rapporté par Al Boukhâri) [Riyad as-Salihin 92].

عن أبي هريرة ، قَالَ : جاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبيِّ فَقَالَ : يَا رسولَ الله ، أيُّ الصَّدَقَةِ أعْظَمُ أجْرَاً ؟ قَالَ : « أنْ تَصَدَّقَ وَأنتَ صَحيحٌ شَحيحٌ ، تَخشَى الفَقرَ وتَأمُلُ الغِنَى ، وَلا تُمهِلْ حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغتِ الحُلقُومَ قُلْتَ لِفُلان كذا ولِفُلانٍ كَذا ، وقَدْ كَانَ لِفُلانٍ » . مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيهِ (رياض الصالحين 90).‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
There came a man to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Messenger of Allah, which charity is the most rewardable?" He (ﷺ) said, "That you should give charity (in a state when you are) healthy and stingy and fear poverty, hoping to become rich (charity in such a state of health and mind is the best). And you must not defer (charity to such a length) that you are about to die and would be saying: 'This is for so-and-so, and this for so-and-so.' Lo! It has already come into (the possession of) so-and- so".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim][Riyad as-Salihin 90].


Abou Hourayra (RA) a dit : « Quelqu’un vint demander au Prophète (ﷺ) : « O Messager de Dieu ! Quelle est l’aumône alors que tu es bien portant, très attaché à l’argent, craignant la pauvreté et souhaitant la richesse. N’attends pas pour la faire d’être à l’agonie de la mort et de dire alors : « Ceci à un tel et cela à un tel » alors que cela est devenu leur droit (par l’héritage) » (Unanimement reconnu authentique) [Riyad as-Salihin 90].

وعن أبي سعيد سعد بن مالك بن سنان الخدري رضي الله عنه أن نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏ كان فيمن كان قبلكم رجل قتل تسعة وتسعين نفساً، فسأل عن أعلم أهل الأرض، فدل على راهب، فأتاه فقال‏:‏ إنه قتل تسعه وتسعين نفساً، فهل له من توبة‏؟‏ فقال‏:‏ لا، فقتله فكمل به مائةً، ثم سأل عن أعلم أهل الأرض، فدل على رجل عالم فقال‏:‏ إنه قتل مائة نفس فهل له من توبة‏؟‏ فقال‏:‏ نعم، ومن يحول بينه وبين التوبة‏؟‏ انطلق إلى أرض كذا وكذا، فإن بها أناساً يعبدون الله تعالى فاعبد الله معهم، ولا ترجع إلى أرضك فإنها أرض سوءٍ، فانطلق حتى إذا نصف الطريق أتاه الموت، فاختصمت فيه ملائكة الرحمة وملائكة العذاب‏.‏ فقالت ملائكة الرحمة‏:‏ جاء تائبا مقبلا بقلبه إلى الله تعالى، وقالت ملائكة العذاب‏:‏ إنه لم يعمل خيرا قط، فأتاهم ملك في صورة آدمي فجعلوه بينهم- أي حكماً- فقال‏:‏ قيسوا ما بين الأرضين فإلى أيتهما كان أدنى فهو له، فقاسوا فوجدوه أدنى إلى الأرض التي أراد، فقبضته ملائكة الرحمة‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏(رياض الصالحين 20)

Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) said: "There was a man from among a nation before you who killed ninety-nine people and then made an inquiry about the most learned person on the earth. He was directed to a monk. He came to him and told him that he had killed ninety-nine people and asked him if there was any chance for his repentance to be accepted. He replied in the negative and the man killed him also completing one hundred. He then asked about the most learned man in the earth. He was directed to a scholar. He told him that he had killed one hundred people and asked him if there was any chance for his repentance to be accepted. He replied in the affirmative and asked, 'Who stands between you and repentance? Go to such and such land; there (you will find) people devoted to prayer and worship of Allah, join them in worship, and do not come back to your land because it is an evil place.' So he went away and hardly had he covered half the distance when death overtook him; and there was a dispute between the angels of mercy and the angels of torment. The angels of mercy pleaded, 'This man has come with a repenting heart to Allah,' and the angels of punishment argued, 'He never did a virtuous deed in his life.' Then there appeared another angel in the form of a human being and the contending angels agreed to make him arbiter between them. He said, 'Measure the distance between the two lands. He will be considered belonging to the land to which he is nearer.' They measured and found him closer to the land (land of piety) where he intended to go, and so the angels of mercy collected his soul".

Selon Abou Sa’id Al Khoudri (qu'Allah soit satisfait de lui), Le Messager d'Allah (Paix et bénédiction d'Allah sur lui) a dit : « Parmi ceux qui vivaient avant vous il y avait un homme qui avait tué quatre vingt dix neuf personnes. Il demanda quel était le plus grand savant de la terre. On lui désigna un moine. Il alla le trouver et lui dit qu’il avait tué quatre vingt dix neuf personnes. Est-ce qu’il restait quelque possibilité de se repentir ? « Le moine dit aussitôt : « Non ». Il le tua sur le coup et compléta ainsi à cent le nombre de ses victimes. Puis il demanda quel était l’homme le plus savant de la terre. On lui en désigna un. Il lui dit : « J’ai tué cent personnes. Ai-je encore quelque possibilité de me repentir ? » Il Lui dit : « Oui et qu’est ce qui suppose à ton retour à Allah ? Va à tel pays. Là vivent des gens qui ne font qu’adorer Allah exalté. Adore Allah avec eux et ne te retourne plus à ton pays car c’est une terre de mal ». Il se mit donc en marche et lorsqu’il fut à la moitié du chemin il fut atteint par la mort. Les Anges de la miséricorde (ceux qui accueillent les mourant agréés par Allah) se disputèrent à son sujet avec les Anges des tourments (les uns voulant le destiner au Paradis les autres voulant le destiner à l’Enfer). Les Anges de la miséricorde dirent : « Il est venu plein de repentir désirant de tout son cœur retourner à Allah ». Les Anges des tourments dirent : « Il n’a jamais fait de bien dans sa vie ». C’est alors qu’un Ange vint à eux sous une apparence humaine. Ils le prirent comme arbitre. Il leur dit : « Mesurez la distance qui le sépare de la terre du mal et celle qui le sépare de la terre du bien. Destinez le ensuite à celle dont il est le plus proche ». Ils mesurèrent et trouvèrent qu’il était plus près de la terre qu’il voulait rejoindre et ce furent les Anges de la miséricorde qui lui retirèrent son âme. | Hadith unanimement reconnu authentique

Dans une autre version : « La cité vertueuse était plus proche d’une seule palme et c’est pourquoi il fut compté de ses habitants ». Dans une troisième version : « Allah exalté inspira à la terre du mal de s’éloigner et celle du bien de se rapprocher. Puis Il dit : « Mesurez la distance qui les sépare ». Ils trouvèrent qu’il était plus proche d’une palme de la cité du bien. Aussi fut-il absout de ses péchés. [Riyad as-Salihin 20]

عن عمر رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول ‏:‏ ‏ "‏لو أنكم تتوكلون على الله حق توكله لرزقكم كما يرزق الطير ، تغدو خماصاً وتروح بطاناً‏"‏ (‏رواه الترمذي ، وقال حديث حسن‏‏‏)(رياض الصالحين 79).

Umar (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
I heard Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: "If you all depend on Allah with due reliance, He would certainly give you provision as He gives it to birds who go forth hungry in the morning and return with full belly at dusk".
[At-Tirmidhi][Riyad as-Salihin 79].

Omar (RA) a dit : « J’ai entendu dire le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ): « Si vous vous en remettez à Dieu comme il convient de s’en remettre à Lui, Il vous apportera votre subsistance comme Il l’apporte aux oiseaux qui quittentle matin leur nid le ventre creux pour y rentrer le soir le ventre plein. » (Rapporté par Tirmidhi) [Riyad as-Salihin 79].
